"I am a neat little rustic fixer
cabin in need of someone to love me. I have a few
problems but with some TLC, I could once again be
someone's Dream Cabin by the Sea. I am an Estate
Sale and being sold AS IS. I even have a peek of the
ocean through the trees.
I have an older 18'X30' barn type
outbuilding with oversized RV type doors and lots of
room for storage.
My lot is mostly level, private and
a comfortable treed location for some real peace and
quiet. I am partially fenced, gated and have a small
guest quarters with it's own bath. I do need a
new septic system before I can be lived in." |
